香港国际机场传捷报！货物吞吐量单月超45万吨，转运货激增18.6%成最强推手？

全球最繁忙的货运枢纽香港国际机场（HKIA）11月的货运量再次出现两位数增长，主要受强劲的转运量推动。

香港机场管理局（AAHK）表示，机场的货物吞吐量同比增长10.2%，达到45.8万吨。

11月份的货运量也高于10月份的44.2万吨。

机管局表示：“11月货物吞吐量保持增长势头，同比增长两位数。”。

“在所有货运行业的正增长中，转运增长18.6%是增长的主要原因，”它补充道。

进出欧洲、中东和北美的货运量在主要贸易地区中增长最为显著。

今年前11个月，货运量同比增长14.8%，达到450万吨。

按12个月滚动计算，货物吞吐量增长15.2%，达到490万吨，航班起降量激增37.2%，达到359590架次。

与此同时，该机场继续扩大其空中交通网络，因为12月增加了几个新的目的地和航线。

机管局表示，香港快运航空增加了前往静冈、富国岛和花莲的新航线；香港航空公司开通了飞往仙台的新航线；大湾航空公司开通了连接仙台、黄山和宜昌的新航线；河北航空、龙航空和菲律宾皇家航空分别开通了香港至石家庄、长春和马尼拉的新航线。

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) — the world's busiest cargo hub — reported another month of double-digit cargo growth in November, mainly driven by strong transhipment volume.

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) said cargo throughput at the airport increased by 10.2% year-on-year to 458,000 tonnes.

November's freight volume was also up compared to the 442,000 tonnes recorded in October.

"Cargo throughput maintained its rising momentum in November with double-digit year-on-year growth," AAHK said.

"Among positive growths in all cargo sectors, an 18.6% increase in transhipment was the main contributor to the growth," it added.

Cargo traffic to and from Europe, the Middle East and North America saw the most significant gains among key trading regions.

Over the first 11 months of the year, cargo volume grew by 14.8% year-on-year to 4.5 million tonnes. 

On a 12-month rolling basis, cargo throughput grew by 15.2% to 4.9 million tonnes, and flight movements surged by 37.2% to 359,590.

Meanwhile, the airport continues to expand its air traffic network as several new destinations and flight routes have been added in December.

AAHK said HK Express added new flight routes to Shizuoka, Phu Quoc Island and Hualien; Hong Kong Airlines launched a new flight route to Sendai; Greater Bay Airlines introduced new flight routes connecting to Sendai, Huangshan and Yichang; and Hebei Airlines, Loongair and Royal Air Philippines launched new routes connecting Hong Kong to Shijiazhuang, Changchun and Manila, respectively.
